The standard of their goods is really all over the place. I got one piece that was pretty decent, but the other three were total trash. It seems like there's hardly any supervision regarding the creators' efforts or making sure the descriptions are right. Getting a refund for the poor-quality items is almost a lost cause. To put it bluntly, I won't be trusting them again.

The quality of their products is highly inconsistent. I bought one item that was quite good, but the other three were complete garbage. It appears that there is very little oversight in terms of the authors' work or ensuring accurate descriptions. Obtaining a refund for the subpar items is nearly impossible. Needless to say, I will never place my trust in them again.

The writing is flawless, with the author's prose flowing smoothly from one page to another. The characters are incredibly well-crafted and relatable, almost like they leap off the page. The author's keen eye for detail is impressive, creating vivid scenes in your mind and making you feel as if you're right there in the action.

This is a total rip-off. I purchased and downloaded a product from them, but it’s completely nonfunctional. There’s zero customer support, and all the email contacts they give are worthless.

The situation is the same with Envato market; it’s just another con. They grab your cash and then send you off to the author, but good luck trying to get in touch with them via phone or email.

I ended up throwing my money away. Take a lesson from my experience and be wise; don’t let yourself get burned.

Video Hive is a scam. I really recommend steering clear of buying any clips from this place. They'll trick you into handing over your cash without actually providing the clips you ordered.

This is mainly because it encourages folks to buy more affordable items instead of just a few pricey ones. All in all, I'm super happy with it.

Our business bought some graphic elements, but then we got locked out of our shiny new account right away. This meant we never got the stuff we paid for. We sent nearly a dozen emails over three weeks, but they went silent after the first one. It's been over 30 days with no solution or any effort to deliver the items we ordered.

Now we have to dispute the charge with our credit card company.

Seriously, don’t buy anything from this company or any of their sites like ThemeForest, GraphicRiver, VideoHive, AudioJungle, CodeCanyon, PhotoDune, or 3dOcean. They’re all run by the same folks: Envato. Their customer service? Non-existent.

UPDATE: More than a month later, after trying to reach them again and posting this bad review, they finally (supposedly) reopened our account. I didn’t even check, 'cause by the time we got access to the assets we bought, they were useless to us (six weeks after the purchase). Still a one-star experience, and I won’t be using them again.
